Photo shoots are a fantastic way to meet your favourite science fiction celebrity and create a truly lasting memory to cherish forever. Remember that photo shoot ticket numbers are strictly limited, so we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.

The prices in the table above do not include any additional extras such as multiple copies of photographs, framing and mounting options etc. These additional items will be available on the day for purchase after your photo shoot.
What you get with your photo shoot
When booking a ticket for a photo shoot at conventions and events, you never quite know what you are getting for your money. Here at Scifi Wales we are different, we want you to know exactly what you are paying for.
After your photo shoot, you will be given a professionally printed colour photograph (minimum size 6" x 9" / 152mm x 229mm). The photograph will be printed on photo-lab quality glossy paper, which is guaranteed to give an amazing finish and last many years. Printed using a professional dye-sublimation printer (the type used in professional print-houses), your memory is captured to revisit year after year. Finally if you choose, you may upgrade and have your photo professionally framed and mounted ready for displaying in your home for all to see (additional charges apply).
What to expect at your photo shoot
When you book a ticket for a photo shoot with your favourite sci-fi celebrity at Scifi Wales you will be taking part in an exclusive, professional photo shoot that you will cherish for the rest of your life.
Your photo shoot will take place in one of our private photo shoot rooms, reserved exclusively for photo shoot ticket holders. Once inside you will be greeted by one of our professional photographers and have your photo taken with your chosen celebrity guest (against a professional photography backdrop). To make sure we capture your special moment as best we can, several photographs are usually snapped and you are given the choice of which you would like to purchase. Once you have decided on the photo you like the most, it is printed and handed to you before you leave.
Ordering tickets for your photo shoot
Photo shoot tickets with be available on the day at Scifi Wales, but please remember to book early in the day to avoid disappointment as we expect many shoots to sell out quickly. Photo shoot tickets will be available from outside the photo shoot area in the main arena.
Booking your photo shoot is easy, just make your way to the photo shoot area on the day of Scifi Wales and purchase your ticket directly from one of our crew. You will then be issued a ticket and can return at your scheduled photo shoot time for the shoot itself. Tickets for each photo shoot are strictly limited, and once they have sold out it is no longer possible to take part in this amazing event.
