Please note that all guests appear at Scifi Wales subject to family and work commitments. All ticket sales purchased both online, over the telephone or on the day are non-refundable under any circumstances or for any reason. Resale of tickets is illegal and will render tickets void and anyone found attempting to use these tickets will be refused entry to the event without refund. Children 5 years old and under go free (*maximum of 2 children per full paying adult). Children's free entry entitles the child to free standard entry to the event and does not include a souvenir brochure. Children over the age of 5 will be required to purchase a standard ticket.
**Signed souvenir brochures will be signed by a selection of guests who are appearing at Scifi Wales, but WILL NOT include signatures from all guests.
***Souvenir brochures are only guaranteed for people who have pre-ordered tickets. Tickets ordered on the day are not guaranteed a souvenir brochure.

Photo Tickets

Booking your photo tickets is quick and easy, but is only available on the day from our photo shoot area. Telephone or online bookings for photo tickets are not available.
Please note that photo tickets are only available to purchase on the day, we find this avoids any problems occuring if a guest has to cancel for any reason.
